My work is rooted in over two decades of continuous study, embodied practice, and energetic exploration. Since 2004, I have been walking a path of remembrance through body, breath, frequency, and consciousness.

Since that time, I have also worked with Tarot, numerology, past life regression, and intuitive mediumship, developing an ongoing relationship with symbolic language, soul memory, and subtle perception. These practices became early gateways into understanding the unseen layers that shape lived experience, offering insight into emotional, energetic, and karmic patterns.

In 2004, I studied and became certified in Numerology under Hans Decoz, deepening my understanding of number as a symbolic language of pattern, timing, and energetic structure. This work became a foundational thread in my intuitive practice, offering another lens through which to interpret cycles, meaning, and alignment.

I hold 200-hour certifications in Nidra Yoga, Japa Meditation, and Yin Yoga, each offering a distinct doorway into awareness. Nidra Yoga opens the threshold between waking and dreaming, where deep subconscious restoration unfolds. Japa Meditation refines awareness through sacred repetition, transforming sound into inner stillness. Yin Yoga teaches surrender through stillness, allowing energy pathways to soften, release, and reorganize.

I also hold an advanced 300-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga, a lineage devoted to life-force awakening through breath, movement, and subtle energetic activation. My specialty within this practice is the integration of Kundalini energy work with crystal-based chakra alignment, weaving together embodied energetic awakening and mineral frequency resonance.

Alongside yogic study, I am a Level 2 Reiki Master, trained in traditional energy healing methods that support clearing, balance, and restoration of the energetic field. This practice deepens my capacity to hold space for energetic release and integration with steadiness and precision.

In 2013, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geology with a specialization in Mineralogy. This became a pivotal grounding point in my path, offering a scientific lens through which to study the formation, structure, and patterns within crystals. It created a bridge between worlds, where the ancient language of crystals and frequency could be understood alongside the physical study of the Earth itself.

I have been working with crystal healing since 2004, developing an intuitive and evolving relationship with mineral energy and chakra systems. Over time, crystals have become allies in energetic recalibration, clarity, and alignment.

For just as long, I have also worked with frequency-based healing and sound therapy, exploring vibration as a living force within the nervous system, emotional body, and energetic field. Sound, like breath, is treated as a carrier of transformation capable of reorganizing internal patterns and restoring coherence.
